Elevating teacher voices
Teachers are a critical support in the bridge to opportunity that is public education.
Teachers know what their students need. They know the tools and tactics that work in their classrooms. They know which changes can improve their schools.
But teachers also need support. They need to be heard. When teachers are empowered to share their thoughts, ideas, concerns with each other—and with administrators, policy makers, and curriculum developers—they can have a big impact on the education system, and on students.
