Transitioning from high school to college, career, and beyond

An education after high school – like a college degree, or certificate and credential showing mastery of a skill – is critical in today’s economy. We seek to maximize early opportunities to ensure Black, Latino and low-income students get to and through postsecondary education, recognizing that there is no “one size fits all” path for individual students.

Our support of postsecondary pathways focuses on improving equitable access to higher education, specifically on increasing the number of high schools that provide access to effective postsecondary advising, prepare students for credit-bearing courses in college, and address opportunity gaps among Black, Latino, and low-income students.
